Ryan Schade is an insurance specialist in the family,professional and business owner markets. He utilizes various insurance solutions that enable him to minimize clients’ risk and maximize their future financial security. The establishment of strong relationships and trust are vital aspects to Ryan’s practice. He takes the time to fully understand each of his clients’ needs and works with them to tailor a strategy that is unique and specific to help them achieve their financial goals.

Ryan has a strong business background and had spearheaded two start-up divisions for two separate prominent Manitoba companies. He also held a Director of Marketing & Sales position for three years with a leading manufacturing company. A graduate from the University of Manitoba, Ryan acquired his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in 2003.

A proponent of self-development and involvement within the insurance profession, Ryan is the
Co-Program Chair for the local Winnipeg Advocis board and is currently pursuing his Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.

Life balance is important to Ryan. Much of his down time is spent with family and friends. A massive proponent of healthy living, he also has a passion for sports cars and guitars.
